Tiling is an executable program for computing a tiling of a plane
with a set of randomly generated polygons.

This program was generated for use with the random shape generator.
It is intended to be called from the java shape generator, so it needs to be
on the users path. Also, the program prints lots to stderr, so it is best to
run it from the "tiling" script, which just calls the tiling.bin program
and redirects the stderr to /dev/null.

If built with -DHAVE_CARIO (and all related CAIRO link lines) the program
will also generate a file "tiled.svg" in the current working directory.
